The thermal and chemical resistant RFID-Labels are specially designed for
fabric and garment manufacturing lines. They enable you to track the movement of goods throughout the supply chain and help to improve inventory accuracy.
The RFID-Labels can also provide all of the information about the garment directly to the end consumer, which can then be used for sorting of second hand garments and optimizing recycling and garment circularity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Production process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The RFID-Label can withstand extreme thermal and mechanical conditions in continuous or discontinuous production processes such as pretreatment, bleaching, dyeing, textile printing, finishing and coating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The ability to easily apply the RFID-Label to textiles by using hot-pressing or ironing makes it easier to integrate the label into existing production
processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The integration of RFID data into ERP software enables improved transparency, traceability, quality control and authentication in the supply chain and ultimately helps to make the entire life cycle of products and materials more efficient and sustainable, resulting in environmentally friendly disposal at the end of the life cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
